Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Process Flow:

  • Filtration: Resume screening and shortlisting based on the job profile.
  • Interview: Telephonic or video interview followed by a final manager interview (India or Dubai).
  • Selection & Visa: Selection & Visa: Upon confirmation, candidates receive their offer letter and 60-day visitor visa.
  • Travel Assistance: Travel Assistance: Airport pickup and safe accommodation arranged by our Dubai team.
  • Joining Formalities: Final face-to-face interview, employment visa stamping, and Emirates ID processing.

We ensure a smooth, verified, and transparent transition from Visit to Employment.



Payment Transparency

We only proceed with verified profiles where visa approval is assured. If any government-side refusal occurs, 100% of the fees are refunded within a few working days.
